This is a setting for the Eucharist which strengthens our connection with the Christ within (the mystic Christ) and the expression of this impulse within the world.
Our mass is 'cosmic' because it is celebrated not only for those assembled together, but with and on behalf of the whole universe. Christ's death and resurrection released a transforming power into the world, and when we consciously receive the bread and wine which has been blessed in his name, that power works more freely in us for our transformation.
All the elements used in the service - the setting, ritual, questures and words - are for the purpose of assisting you enter a higher level of consciousness. For more information on the Cosmic Mass, see the main ICA website.
All are welcome to share in this service and to partake of the bread and wine.
Occasionally bread and wine and blessed and shared in a less formal setting known as an Agape.
