Lord of our being and Lord of the universe:
we give thanks for your servant John
who showed us how deep and full love can be.
He showed us what it is to be truly human,
yielded to the divine.
May he stand before us always
as we enter more deeply into relationship
with Christ in me, Christ in you, the hope of glory.
We pray that the power of this Mass
upholds and strengthens all those committed
to Christ in this world, his body.
And we ask that we may have the strength,
the love and wisdom
to embody his spirit more and more fully.
Attune our joys with yours, O Lord,
so we too may fulfil our souls' purposes.
So shall it be.

The Melbourne Centre celebrated the
St John's Tide festival over 2 weekends.
Participants met in different groups to produce visual displays, songs and prayers which were then used in the Cosmic Mass on the 26th of June.
